In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Dachenhausen, J.), entered April 23, 1987, as, inter alia, denied that branch of its motion which was to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and granted the plaintiff’s cross motion to strike the second and third affirmative defenses.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
