— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Mallon, J.), rendered March 10, 1983, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress certain statements.
Judgment affirmed.
