MEMORANDUM OPINION
POLLY S. HIGDON, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue this court addresses is whether revenues generated by the debtor-in-possession’s business are cash collateral in which its primary lender holds a security interest. Because the court has ruled in favor of the debtor-in-possession it has not addressed further issues briefed by the parties. The parties have stipulated that this court may determine the scope of the creditor’s security interest within the context of the hearing on the motion to prohibit use of cash collateral rather than through the filing of a separate adversary…
