OPINION
CECELIA H. GOETZ, Bankruptcy Judge:
Before the Court is a motion by the Debtor, Northport Marina Associates (“Northport”) seeking a declaration that its rental income from the property covered by the security interest of Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”) is not subject to Citibank’s pre-petition security interest. The Debtor’s motion is a cross-motion to motions by Citibank for various relief, including relief from the automatic stay.
