This suit was instituted by the Alien Property Custodian against the Anchor Packing Company, a New Jersey corporation, to recover for the use of the trade-mark “Tauril,” registered here by the Ungarische Gummiwaarenfabrik Actiengesellsehaft, a corporation of Austria-Hungary, in connection with the sale of patented high pressure packing, for whose use in the United States first the Hungarian Company and later the Federal Trade Commission, under authority of the Trading with the Enemy Act (40 Stat. 411 [Comp.
