Manuel Goodman, individually; Manuel Goodman & Company, Inc., and Deepfreeze International Corporation filed a Complaint in the Circuit Court of Lake County against Motor Products Corporation, a New York corporation, L. J. Sorensen and B. G. Sanderson, charging that in October, 1940, the plaintiff, Manuel Goodman, entered into a contract with the defendant corporation, acting through Willard L.
