On October 18, 2010, the Court approved the settlement of a securities fraud class action against Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (“Take-Two” or the “Company”), its subsidiary, and several individual defendants arising from Take-Two’s inclusion of sexually explicit content in a video game and the backdating of stock options granted to its directors and senior management.
