DECISION AND ORDER

WARREN, District Judge.

Presently before the Court are three post-sentencing motions filed by the defendant in this case, all in support of his efforts to appeal the conviction and sentence imposed by this Court on August 12, 1983, following defendant’s plea of guilty. Principally because the Court opines that there should be a colorable claim of innocence on all appeals and for the additional substantive and procedural reasons stated herein, the Court declines to grant the defendant’s motions for an enlargement of time in which to file a notice of appeal, for appointment of…
