Jeffrey Carloek (Defendant) was charged by information with committing the class C felony of second-degree assault. See § 565.060. 1 Following a bench trial, he was convicted and sentenced to serve five years in prison. The only issue on appeal is whether the court erred in overruling Defendant’s motion for judgment of acquittal at the close of the State’s evidence based upon a challenge to the sufficiency of the information. This Court affirms.
