Craig, hereinafter mentioned as appellee, was appointed receiver for the Farmers and Merchants Bank of Cicero, Indiana, by the Hamilton Circuit Court, in the case of State, ex rel. Dale J. Crittenberger v. Farmers and Merchants Bank of Cicero, Indiana, being the case in which this appeal is prosecuted.
