MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the motion of Defendant’s motion for summary judgment (document # 15). For the reasons stated herein, that motion will be granted.
I. BACKGROUND
The Plaintiff, Ms. Ellyn Bartges (“Bartg-es”), is a former employee of the Defendant, The University of North Carolina at Charlotte (“UNCC”).
