Pursuant to his pleas, a military judge, sitting as a general court-martial, convicted Appellant of attempted adultery, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and making a false official statement, violations of Articles 80, 81, and 107, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 881, 907 (2006). Contrary to his pleas, Appellant was also convicted of conspiracy to commit an indecent act and indecent acts, violations of Articles 81 and 120, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 920 (2006).
