The notice of appeal herein reads as follows: “This is an appeal from the judgment and final order rendered herein on the 4th day of November, 1958, and from the order overruling for new trial entered on the 9th day of December, 1958.” It is manifest that the words, “the motion,” were inadvertently omitted from the notice of appeal. This order was made in the Court of Common Pleas.
