TRASK, Circuit Judge:

Following an investigation of the labor practices of Cactus Craft of Arizona, the Secretary of Labor brought this action under 29 U.S.C. § 217, alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., with respect to minimum wage, overtime compensation, child labor,.record keeping and shipping provisions of the Act. The district court’s judgment enjoined further violations of the Act and restrained Cactus Craft and Carlos E. Velasco, as the company’s principal officer, from continuing to withhold from certain employees unpaid wages due them…
