Plaintiff (appellant here) is a corporation located at Clinton, in Clinton Township, in Henry County, Missouri, where it is engaged in the business of a bank and trust company. The defendant is the Collector of Revenue of Henry County. The action is. a suit in equity, brought by the plaintiff as trustee for its shareholders, to restrain» the defendant .from collecting an excess of state and county taxes levied against the shares of its stock, alleged to be illegal. Henry County is under township organization.
