This is a suit in equity to restrain defendant from instituting and prosecuting proceedings to compel the collection of an increase of twenty per cent in the assessed value of Certain personal property belonging to plaintiff, resulting from an order of the State Board of Equalization, and to cancel the tax bill issued in connection therewith.
