The unnamed defendants appeal from an order of the superior court extinguishing their workers’ compensation lien against the proceeds of plaintiff’s third-party recovery against defendants T.A. Loving Company (Loving), Shields, Inc. (Shields), and third-party defendant Tarkett, Inc. (Tarkett).
