Por many years prior to the institution of this suit, appellants have operated their respective lines of railway into and through the town of Celeste in Hunt county, crossing each other practically at right angles, during most of which time they have maintained distinct and separate depots about 440 yards apart, necessitating a transfer of passengers and baggage from one depot to the other.
