E.I. Dupont de Nemours & Co. (“Du-pont”) moves to dismiss as moot its appeal from the decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Casey, J.) denying Dupont a preliminary and permanent injunction barring INVISTA SA.R.L. and INVISTA B.V. (together, “Invista”) from acquiring the business of a third company.
