The defendant, Arnold Kilberg (Kil-berg), appeals from a Superior Court judgment wherein the plaintiffs, Paul V. An-joorian’s (Anjoorian), shares of stock in Fairway Capital Corporation (Fairway) were valued at $809,382.85. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on October 8, 2003, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
