DECISION

Before this Court is a motion for summary judgment brought pursuant to Super. R. Civ. P. Rule 56 by Defendants, Stephen E. Pascarella and John J. Trench, as general partners of the accounting firm, Pascarella Trench (PT), on all of Plaintiff's claims. Plaintiff, Paul V. Anjoorian, alleges that PT committed malpractice in the preparing of financial statements, and that the Plaintiff suffered pecuniary harm as a result.
