KELLEY, Judge.
The Erie County Board of Assessment Appeals (board) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County (trial court) which (1) reversed a decision by the board denying tax exempt status to a parcel of land owned by the Borough of Wesleyville (Wesleyville) and leased to the County of Erie (County); (2) granted tax exempt status to a parcel of land owned by the Borough of McKean (McKean) and leased to the County; and (3) ordered that the tax exempt status of both properties continue as long as they were used as hearing rooms and offices for district justices.
