In this court-tried case, an easement was granted in favor of members of a subdivision over a pathway located on two lots, one of which is owned by Robert and Goldie Quirk and the other is owned by Darrell and Laura Guinn (“Appellants”). Appellants were permanently enjoined from obstructing access to the pathway. Appellants contend that the trial court erred in that the evidence does not support a finding that the requirements for a prescriptive easement were met.
