This case involves a boundary line dispute between owners of adjoining properties. We first note that the parties to this case did not submit any exhibits, and thus it has been difficult to discern the exact facts of the case. It appears from the record, however, that Maurice Rhoades (“Defendant”) purchased a sixty-acre tract of land in 1993. At that time, Ron and Jane McNear (collectively “Plaintiffs”) owned land adjoining both the north and south sides of Defendant’s property.
