¶ 1. Shori Brown appeals a judgment convicting him of operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent (OMVWOC) and theft of movable property. He claims the trial court erred when it (1) excluded his proposed testimony because he had not given notice of an alibi, and (2) failed to instruct the jury on territorial jurisdiction. We are not persuaded that the trial court erred in either regard and we thus affirm the judgment and order.
