Vicki Marsh, Shay Blair, David Tiefenthal, and the Estate of Eddie Muniz (collectively, “Marsh”), the plaintiffs in these consolidated products-liability actions, brought suit against drug manufacturers Genentech, Inc. and Xoma (U.S.) LLC (collectively, “Genentech”) to recover for injuries allegedly sustained from use of the psoriasis medication Raptiva.
