Elaintiff appeals as of right the trial court’s order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant St. John Hospital & Medical Center (St. John) in this medical malpractice action. Because the trial court granted summary disposition to defendant in the belief that MCL 600.2169(l)(c) precluded plaintiffs proposed expert’s testimony, the trial court erroneously granted summary disposition in favor of defen dant, and we reverse and remand. This appeal is being decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
