Weber, a licensed practical nurse, brought this suit against her former employer, the Logan County Home for the Aged (the Home), alleging that it had discharged her because of her membership in the National Guard in violation of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Act of 1974, 38 U.S.C. § 2021(b)(3).
