ORDER DENYING CONFIRMATION

I. Background
Bill'and Peggy Beard (“Debtors”) filed a petition under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code on May 21, 1991. This matter is before the Court upon an objection to confirmation of their Chapter 12 Plan of Reorganization (“Plan”). The standing Chapter 12 trustee (“Trustee”) objects to confirmation as certain terms of the Plan propose direct payments by the Debtors to certain creditors. The Court has jurisdiction in this matter under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) and the General Order of Reference previously entered in this district.…
