The plaintiff has sued the government, and prays refund of moneys heretofore paid to the government, which payments, it is alleged, were wrongfully required. Plaintiff alleges its residence is in the city of Everett, this district, and that it was incorporated under the laws of the state of Delaware and authorized to do business in this state; that all of its property is situated in this judicial district.
