This appeal is from an order of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County overruling exceptions to and finally ratifying a sale made under' the power contained in a mortgage and by the attorney therein named.
In March, 1895, the Circuit Court for’ Baltimore County assumed jurisdiction of the trust estate created by a deed, dated September 29th, 1886, from Pameiia A. Holton, and appointed Judge Henry Stockbridge trustee in the place of his father, then deceased.
