This is an appeal from the action of the Court below, in confirming the sale made and reported by Ferdinand C. Latrobe, attorney named in a mortgage from John N. Carroll and wife to Celeste M. W. Hutton. The mortgage, a copy of which is in the record, was executed on the 29th of January, 1896, by Carroll and wife to secure the payment of $25,000 and interest due on his promissory notes to Mrs. Hutton. It contains a provision that in case of default in the payment of the principal debt or the interest thereon at the times limited, the entire mortgage debt should be due and demandable. The…
