The Highland Land Go., a body corporate, on July 25, 1912, executed and delivered to the Baltimore Trust Company, also a body corporate, a mortgage on certain real estate lying partly in Baltimore County and partly in Baltimore City, to secure a loan of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00). The aforesaid mortgage indebtedness was to be paid July 25, 1913, one year after the date of the execution of the mortgage and, by the terms of the mortgage, if it were not then paid, the right of foreclosure would exist.
