Three former sales representatives of Pendleton Woolen Mills (“Pendleton”) have filed an action against the company charging that the manner of and motivation behind their termination violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 & 2, and unspecified state contract or common law rights.
