This writ of error is sued out to reverse a decree of the Circuit Court of Will county, entered on the cross-bill of defendant in error, praying for a foreclosure of a quitclaim deed, alleged to be a mortgage. Plaintiffs in error filed their bill for an accounting and to restrain defendant in error from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of certain real estate therein described, and praying for the cancellation of a certain quit-claim deed on the ground that the same had been procured by fraud and misrepresentation.
