The plaintiffs in error filed their bill for an accounting, to restrain the defendant in error from interfering with their control and enjoyment of certain real estate, to cancel a certain quit-claim deed, and to have released certain mortgages upon payment of the amount, if any, due from the plaintiffs in error to the defendant in error. The defendant in error answered and filed a cross-bill, alleging that the quit-claim deed was given as further security for an indebtedness of $11,600, secured by a mortgage from the plaintiffs in error to defendant in error, and praying for a foreclosure.…
