*955In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for gross negligence, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Woodard, J.), dated January 24, 2006, which granted the defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment limiting its liability to the sum of $1,705.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
