Plaintiffs Mary Jean Corbett and Bartholomew Corbett brought the present suit seeking money damages from all the defendants for injuries and losses sustained when their home was allegedly burglarized. The plaintiffs claim that each of the defendants was involved in some way in the sale, installation, monitoring, or main tenance of the plaintiffs’ home security system, and that the defendants’ failures in these capacities resulted in the burglary of their home.
