The petitioners herein and plaintiffs below, David F. Finch and Shirley R. Finch (herein*150after “Mr. and Mrs. Finch” or “the Finches”), appeal from an order entered January 11, 2011, by the Circuit Court of Wood County. By that order, the circuit court granted summary judgment to the respondent herein and defendant below, Inspecteeh, LLC (hereinafter “Inspecteeh”).
