Before the Court is Defendant Puerto Rican Cars, Inc. d/b/a Hertz’s Motion to Dismiss or, In the Alternative, to Stay Action (docket No. 9); eo-Defendant Puer-to Rico Guaranty Association’s Motion to Join Puerto Rican Cars, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss of September 28, 1999 (docket No. 58); Plaintiffs Opposition (docket No. 78); and Defendant’s Reply (docket No. 86).
