OPINION
GREENWOOD, Judge:
Valley Bank & Trust Company (Valley Bank) appeals the bench trial judgment in favor of Lake Philgas Service (Lake Phil-gas), a Utah corporation, awarding compensatory damages, interest and punitive damages for conversion of a trailer. We affirm.
FACTS
