Plaintiff commenced its action against the defendant in the district court of Tulsa county, for damages based upon the alleged breach of a contract in failing to drill two oil and gas wells.
The contract sued upon hears the date of January 24, 1919, and in substance provided; Plaintiff sold and assigned its complete interest in oil and gas leases covering about 500 acres of land situated in Pittsburg county.
