Introduction
In the two above-captioned consolidated cases, plaintiffs Sanofi-Synthelabo, Sanofi- Synthelabo, Inc., and Bristol-Myers Squibb Sanofi Pharmaceuticals Holding Partnership (collectively “Sanofi”) move for reconsideration of Judge Robert W. Sweet’s Opinion dated January 26, 2004.
