The plaintiff in error is the widow of Frederick C. Page, and the defendant in error is his daughter. In this opinion the former will be referred to as the plaintiff or the widow, and the latter as the defendant or the daughter.

The estate of Frederick C. Page was being administered in the county court. The plaintiff applied to have the court charge to the defendant as advancements certain-moneys received by the defendant from her father during his lifetime, and to have such sums deducted from the defendant’s share of the estate upon distribution thereof.
