Riner, Chief Justice.
A final order made by the District Court of Natrona County in the matter of the estate of Fred Jansen, deceased, is the cause of bringing this direct appeal before us. The ruling of the district court which decreed the sum of $6,211.91 to be an advancement to Elmer Jansen as one of the ten heirs of Fred Jansen, deceased, in the proceedings brought to settle and distribute his estate constitutes the subject of this litigation.
