-Action to enjoin the operation of a repair garage and compel the removal of the garage building as having been constructed in violation of the general zoning ordinance of the city of St. Louis. Judgment for defendants and plaintiffs appealed. Plaintiff Lillie A. Wippler died pending appeal, and -plaintiff Charles F. Wippler proceeded with the cause in this court.
