MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VRATIL, District Judge.
Janet S. Creason brings age discrimination and retaliation claims against Seaboard Corporation (“Seaboard”) under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Plaintiff also claims that Seaboard breached an implied contract of employment.
