This is a bill in equity filed July 17, 1903, in the superior court of Suffolk county, in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, by Alfred L. Miller and four others, citizens of the state of Colorado, creditors of the State Bank of Monte Vista, in the state of Colorado, acting for themselves and for all other creditors similarly situated who joined or may join in the action, plaintiffs, against George E.
