This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion [362] to Compel Further Production of Documents from the U.S. Department of Defense and for Sanctions and Department of Defense’s Motion [N/D] to File Supplemental Declaration of Eleanor Hill Ex Parte and Under Seal.
