Plaintiff herein as presiding judge of the recorder’s court for the city of Detroit, traffic and ordinance division, initiated this proceeding by filing a petition asking that defendant circuit judge be restrained from proceeding further under a writ of habeas corpus pending before him. The party in whose behalf the habeas corpus action was brought, John E. Corniuk, has also been included as a party defendant, presumably in recognition of his interest in the controversy.
